Our people
We truly differentiate ourselves by our people. Our founders and employees have been directly involved with the action sports, fashion and lifestyle industries for over 20 years in a range of capacities allowing us to truly grasp and understand the demographic and requirements of your customers.
We believe that it is integral to have an English speaking team actually on the ground in our manufacturing facilities in China and Vietnam. This is the only way to truly monitor your product every step of the way.
We are NOT a typical trading company that simply passes on information. We have qualified foreign graphic designers and developers on staff that work intimately with our clients to help properly evaluate your goals and assist in developing your product.
Our friendly and experienced team are literally your eyes and ears on the ground, from start to finish, giving you peace of mind that your order will be delivered on time and to specification.

At RKD we do not endorse any unethical treatment of workers and insist that all of our worker’s rights are respected. We do not tolerate child labour and our workers salaries are above minimum wage and industry standard. We offer our workers a happy and safe working environment; the majority of our factory staff being long-term employees proves this. This also means that our workers are some of the most skilled and experienced in the industry, allowing us to deliver the refined quality that we are renowned for.
Our diverse factory network enables us to produce an extensive range of products from cut and sew to knitted headwear. Our facilities have a total capacity of over 300,000 pieces per month and are ISO9001 and BSCI compliant.

We all want the world to be a better place. At RKD we want to make the world we live in a more sustainable place to live now and for our future generations. We have implemented some procedures and items to help make this a reality. We no longer use individual PE polybags, we have moved to 100% recycled LDPE 25 piece polybags. We offer sustainable and eco friendly fabrics, threads and embellishments such as organic cotton, recycled PET, Tencel and hemp. We are working on reducing our waste and energy consumption throughout our entire production process and trying to better understand the footprint that we leave and how to reduce it further.
