Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style, colour and design. Pricing all depends on the quality, style, fabric, quantity and what bells and whistles you are after. The higher the quantity, the lower the price. Custom cap and beanie price breaks start at 300 pieces per design, colour and style. You are generally looking at around the $US3.99 – $US7.49 mark for a high quality premium flat brim cap. All our pricing is EXW Shenzhen, China and does not include shipping.

Where can I find your templates?
You can click here and it will take you to our page where you can request templates, just enter your details and let us know which tech pack you are after and we can arrange to send to you to complete.
Can you help to design my hat?
Yes we can. The quickest way to get your cap designed is to email us with your enquiry and the style of hat you want to build and one of our team will send you a design template to fill out in Adobe Illustrator. If you have any trouble or don’t know how to use Adobe Illustrator one of our experienced development team can assist you to mock up your cap design and send it back to you for approval.
How do I go about getting a proto sample made up?
Once you are happy with the template we can organize pricing estimates for you. Samples cost $US100 + shipping for your own custom cap sample. They usually take 14 -21 days once all the details are confirmed and if you place a bulk production order for that particular style within 30 days of receiving your sample, the sample fees are reimbursed.
What are your payment terms?
Sample fees must be paid 100% up front. For bulk production 50% deposit is paid upon placing an order with the balance to be paid prior to shipping. Due to nature of custom orders they are non-refundable.
How long does production take?
Once deposit is paid and all details are confirmed, orders usually take 35 – 40 working days to complete, however production timelines can vary due to busy periods or if your order is more complex. If you have any specific events or deadlines, please let us know so we can assess current scheduling.
How do I ship my goods?
All our pricing is EXW Shenzhen, China and does not include shipping. We can provide quotations and assist with shipping your goods if you need, We use reputable couriers such as DHL, TNT, Fed Ex and UPS. If you like you are more than welcome to use your own Courier account or Freight Forwarder to ship your goods.
Can I customize my labelling?
If you wish to customize your labels, taping, tags etc, it’s no problem, just specify the details on your cap template. All of our RKD headwear comes with a compulsory interior woven sweatband label. Our RKD label symbolizes a superior level of quality above our competitors and we hope that you and your company find our label is in fact an added asset to your brand and its image.
