How to order

Our templates are designed with our customers in mind, a simple flowing design that is easy to use.
Head over to our templates page, select the templates you are after and fill out the form to access the download section.
Once you have your desired template, fill it out as best you can using Adobe Illustrator and save the file in .ai or .pdf format and email it back to us. If you are unable to use illustrator, one of our capable designers will be able to assist you with your template.

Fine tuning the details
One of our friendly team will be in contact with you within 12 hours of submitting your design template with any questions or suggestions they may have to make sure your design is tailored to your expectations.

Pricing
Once all your design details are finalised we can calculate pricing and email you price breaks so you can decide how you want to proceed. You can choose between making a complete sample that is shipped to you or you can go direct to a bulk production order with a free Pre Production Sample which we send you high resolution images of once completed for you to approve.

Sample order
If you want to see a physical sample before going into production our accounts team can arrange an invoice. Samples cost US$50 per piece + US$49 Express shipping for your own full custom sample. Upon payment being received, we will begin on your sample. Our samples normally take around 14 -21 days to complete. Once it is ready we will send you full professional images so you can view your product and we will send out the completed sample to you. Your sample fee is reimbursed if you go ahead with an order of 300 + pieces of the sampled style.

Production order
So your sample has arrived. We hope you are as stoked with it as we are. Let us know if there is any changes you would like to make, or if the sample is approved, one of our accounting team will be in contact to confirm all your details and issue an invoice for your 50% deposit. Once this is received we will commence production. Production time is approximately 35-45 working days depending on the complexity of your design and our current schedule.

Sit back and relax while our on the ground team oversees and closely monitors the production of your order to ensure that you are getting exactly what you ordered.

Delivery
Our logistics team will contact you a few days before your goods are due to be completed to confirm your delivery details and offer you shipping options, As soon as your order has passed final inspection by our quality control inspector we will send you images of your completed order so you can see your product before making the 50% balance and shipping payment on your order. Once your payment is received your goods will be shipped out immediately and tracking number provided.
